We have Junior, Senior & Woman only sessions. Tuesdays sessions focus on techniques, Thursdays on fitness.
Juniors Sessions:-
Tuesday & Thursdays 1800 – 1930
Saturday 1000 – 1130
Senior Sessions :-
Tuesdays & Thursdays 1930 – 2100
Saturdays 1130 – 1300
Woman’s Judo:-
Saturdays 1300 – 1400
Our technique sessions typically include:-
Warm up & basic techniques (including break falls)
Ne-Waza (Groundwork)
Tachi-Waza & Nage-Waza (Standing & Throwing techniques)
Randori (free practice/light sparring)
Stretching & Warm down
Our fitness sessions typically include:-

Each session costs £3. You will need to obtain a BJA license after the first session or two to cover you for grading and insurance, and you can obtain Judo Gi’s from a range of websites or sports stores.
