It’s a family club so it made sense for me to join in with coaching my own kids and get the Level 1 Coaching Qualification. Now my son is an adult and training for his own black belt! These days I coach the adult class and still get the same kick from helping my students improve and learn. My own personal judoka for highlight was getting my black belt aged 46.
